Revenue Enablement Specialist

Are you a sales enablement expert looking to drive revenue growth in a cutting-edge AI company? AutogenAI is seeking a talented Revenue Enablement Specialist to join our global go-to-market team. As a key member of our sales enablement team, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our revenue growth strategy by developing and implementing world-class enablement programs that equip our sales and customer success teams with the tools, knowledge, and skills needed to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Enablement Programs: Design and execute enablement programs that align with our business strategy, ensuring our team members possess the skills and knowledge to excel in a consultative, value-based sales methodology.
- Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Partner with go-to-market leaders and stakeholders across departments to identify role-specific needs, create tailored enablement solutions, and drive alignment across sales and revenue teams.
- Content Creation and Management: Create, update, and maintain onboarding and upskilling content, ensuring it remains relevant and impactful. Deliver engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually, using our advanced sales tools and enablement tech stack.
- Analyse and Optimise: Consistently measure the effectiveness of enablement programs through reports, surveys, and feedback from team members and managers. Use data-driven insights to iterate and refine enablement strategies.
- Lead Training Initiatives: Oversee the coordination and delivery of training sessions that empower our teams to achieve their targets. Drive the adoption of best practices across sales and go-to-market teams.
- Drive Consistency and Communication: Develop and execute a communication strategy that ensures consistency in messaging and alignment across various teams, fostering a cohesive go-to-market approach.
- Competitive Salary: £55k - £65k gross per annum, depending on specific experience and qualifications relevant to the role
