About the Role

The Economist Group is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Enablement Manager to join our Commercial Operations & Enablement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering enablement solutions to drive sales effectiveness, productivity, and operational efficiency across our global sales force.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to support business growth and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and operations teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to address them.
  • Design and deliver training programs and materials to equip sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to align sales enablement initiatives with account-based marketing strategies.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in sales enablement or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
