About the RoleAs a Revenue Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our global go-to-market team by driving the success of our Account Executives, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and Customer Success team members. You will be responsible for building and refining programs that equip our sales and customer success teams with the tools, knowledge, and skills needed to thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement enablement programs that align with business strategy, ensuring team members possess the skills and knowledge to excel in a consultative, value-based sales methodology.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to identify role-specific needs, create tailored enablement solutions, and drive alignment across sales and revenue teams.
- Create, update, and maintain onboarding and upskilling content, ensuring it remains relevant and impactful. Deliver engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually, using our advanced sales tools and enablement tech stack.
- Analyse and optimize enablement programs through reports, surveys, and feedback from team members and managers. Use data-driven insights to iterate and refine enablement strategies.
- Lead training initiatives that empower our teams to achieve their targets. Drive the adoption of best practices across sales and go-to-market teams.
- Competitive salary: £55k - £65k gross per annum, depending on specific experience and qualifications relevant to the role
