Stock Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Administrator to join our team at Challenge-trg Group. As a Stock Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate receipting of all inbound loads, processing orders for picking and dispatch, and maintaining controls for returned and damaged stock.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive and process all inbound loads
  • Process orders for picking and dispatch in a priority sequence
  • Maintain controls for returned and damaged stock
  • Effective communication of issues with internal departments and external customers
  • Prioritize work duties within a busy environment
  • Perform daily system hygiene checks
  • Prepare stock consolidations to fully utilize warehouse capacity
  • Clear communication of shift hand-over duties
  • Expedite unresolved matters within a sensible time frame
  • Reconcile stock discrepancies resulting from Perpetual Inventory
  • Investigate potential picking errors
Requirements:
  • Preferred experience of SAP LES
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and learn new skills and techniques
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Effective team player
  • Financial awareness
Microsoft Skills:
  • Excel, Word, Outlook. Basic to Intermediate level
