**Job Type**: Permanent, Full-time

Location: Remote Based, with option to go into Sutton Coldfield office

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Act as an ambassador for the business, ensuring a positive representation.
- Provide high-level administration services, overseeing event administration, staff management, and training.
- Supervise the use of software, ensuring its efficient implementation and providing necessary training and support.
- Manage pre-event deadlines, entry processing, and publication of schedules.
- Coordinate correspondence, client liaison, and communications with various industry bodies.
- Maintain stock levels of stationery and equipment, and ensure accurate processing of entries and fees.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven supervisory-level administration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management.
- Excellent customer service skills and previous experience in the field.
- Full clean driving licence is required.
