**Job Description: Receptionist**

As a Receptionist at The Reform Hub, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, and you'll play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and assisting clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar.
- Providing information about our services and facilities to clients and potential clients.
- Collaborating with our wellness team to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.

**Experience**:

- Enthusiastic and friendly.
- Excellent communicators with a customer-oriented approach.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Familiar with using a computer and phone systems.
- Passionate about promoting wellness and a healthy lifestyle.
- Familiarity using social media and content creating (desirable)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
