Role Overview:
As a Specialist Teacher, you will play a crucial role in connecting with young individuals, helping them maximize their educational potential.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage challenging behaviors positively, adhering to the school's ethos and guidelines.
2. Design lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
3. Foster a nurturing and supportive environment for children with diverse requirements.
4. Inspire and motivate students to engage actively in their learning journey.
5. Commit to the safeguarding and welfare of all young people.
6. Follow the school's established policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience working with children facing SEMH challenges is highly desirable.

Eligibility Requirements:
To be considered for this role through Prospero Teaching, candidates must:
- Possess an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
- Provide two professional references related to child care from the past two years.

Important Note:
The successful candidate will need to complete all necessary safeguarding and vetting checks with Prospero Teaching to secure this position.

All adults working with children and vulnerable young people are responsible for ensuring their safety and well-being.
