Job Summary:

The Best Connection - Swindon is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for working in a fast-paced environment to ensure targets are met regarding quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working to precise tolerances and utilizing hand measuring equipment to accurately measure parts.
  • Producing high-quality components and working to exacting standards.
  • Contributing to all stages of the manufacturing process, including building, sawing, prepping, packing, cutting, staining, dispatching, operating machinery, and cleaning as required.

Working Hours and Pay:

Monday-Thursday: 7:45 am-4:30 pm

Early finish on Fridays at 2 pm

£12.50 per hour

  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
  • Ongoing Assignment
