Position Overview

At TE Connectivity, our Manufacturing and Production Teams are essential in converting raw materials into high-quality finished products while ensuring a smooth flow of components. Team members are responsible for executing changeovers and setups in alignment with the production schedule, conducting quality assessments as per established protocols, and documenting results in accordance with our quality management procedures. Each member plays a vital role in maintaining a clean and organized workspace while adhering to TE Connectivity's Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) policies and practices.

Role: Production Operator - Materials & Compounding

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Shift Details: Swing Shift Position;

Work Schedule: Week 1: Monday - Thursday, Friday; Week 2: Monday - Thursday, with Friday off

Shift Premium: 20%

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within the team to execute various production stages as outlined by the Tyco Electronics Operating Advantage (Lean Manufacturing), while adhering to Quality, Safety, General Standards, and Company Procedures.
  • Follow the manufacturing schedule and promptly inform supervision of any issues that may hinder the schedule's completion.
  • Accurately prepare and complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner.
  • Report any discrepancies to supervision immediately and assist in addressing non-compliance issues as needed.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of processes, procedures, and quality within the department.
  • Comply with training protocols and stay updated on changes to General Standards.
