To achieve manufacturing excellence, our ideal candidate will coordinate and take responsibility for producing high-quality products, meeting production plans on time, and adhering to site EHS standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage production output to ensure high-quality products.
- Meet production plans and deadlines while maintaining a safe working environment.
- Adhere to site EHS standards and apply a Duty of Care at all times.
- Ensure all products meet customer specifications.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with the Production team and other functions to enhance operations and service.
- Understand and adhere to Client's Control guidelines.
- Perform other duties within the employee's skills and abilities as reasonably instructed.
Working conditions
- Shift Patterns
- Permanent Nights
- Earlies and Lates Mon-Fri
- 24/7 on a 3's & 2's pattern
- Uniform and appropriate PPE will be provided and must be worn.
- Training on specialist equipment or process will be provided.
