About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary sales leader to drive our expansion into new markets in the construction wholesale sector. As Head of Sales Transformation, you will craft and lead sales strategies to keep our company at the forefront of the UK Distribution Market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and lead sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leadership, including the CX Director, board, and MD.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with major clients in key market sectors.
  • Serve as the company's representative at major industry events, enhancing brand visibility.
  • Identify and capitalise on emerging markets, ensuring the business remains competitive and profitable.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership within the wholesale construction market, including electrical, plumbing, and/or building merchants.
  • Ability to forecast and adapt sales strategies to shifting market conditions.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive a high-performing sales team.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven ability to influence at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders across the business.
