Head of Sales Operations

Network Talent is seeking an experienced Head of Field Sales to join our client's team. This is a hybrid role that combines team management and leadership with individual contribution in the on-trade sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective sales strategy for the field sales team
- Lead and collaborate with the field sales team, providing regular training and mentoring
- Support relationship management of existing and prospective clients
- Maintain up-to-date CRM systems and ensure adherence to company processes
- Provide regular sales reporting and updates to the leadership team
- Carry out HR-related tasks and maintain high team motivation and engagement
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a field sales team
- Essential experience in on-trade sales, with a background in beer or alcohol sales preferred
- Full driving license required
- Located in England or Wales
What We Offer:
- Basic salary up to £55,000
- OTE: +£15,000
