Head of Field Sales Opportunity

Network Talent is seeking an experienced Head of Field Sales to join our client's team. This is a hybrid role that combines team management and leadership with individual contribution in the on-trade sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an effective sales strategy for the field sales team
  • Lead and collaborate with the field sales team, providing regular training and mentoring
  • Support relationship management of existing and prospective clients
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM systems and ensure adherence to company processes
  • Provide regular sales reporting and updates to the leadership team
  • Carry out HR-related tasks and maintain high team motivation and engagement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing a field sales team
  • Essential experience in on-trade sales, with a background in beer or alcohol sales preferred
  • Full driving license required
  • Located in England or Wales

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary up to £55,000
  • OTE: +£15,000
