About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Planning Coordinator to join our team at Proactive Global. As a Planning Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Planning Team in managing sales orders and work orders. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all data is up-to-date and accurate, and that all orders are dispatched and delivered on time without any risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and Approve Sales Orders: Regularly review sales orders to ensure accuracy and approval.
  • Provide Feedback to Sales Team: Provide regular feedback to the Sales team regarding sales orders.
  • Raise Work Orders: Raise work orders according to sales orders.
  • Liaise with Procurement Team: Liaise with the Procurement Team to ensure that work orders are aligned with purchase orders.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment in a similar role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
  • ERP System Experience: Experience in using an ERP system to raise work orders (e.g. SAGE, SAP, others).

Soft Skills:

  • Good Communication Skills: Good communication skills to liaise with the Sales, Production, and Procurement Teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals.
