Job Summary:

BMS Performance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of prospects and existing customers to ensure their needs are met and recognized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet/exceed sales targets across assigned geographical territory
  • Maintain industry knowledge and analyze market data to ensure proactive and productive sales activities
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business-to-business field sales
  • New business focused, ideally from a service sell
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Industry knowledge and analytical skills
