Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at WTW. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships to drive growth.
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
Insurance Expertise
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance products and services to deliver tailored solutions.
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to drive business growth.
Communication and Presentation
  • Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex insurance concepts and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
  • Analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions to drive business growth.
  • Use data and analytics to inform business decisions and drive results.
Industry Knowledge and Certifications
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Maintain relevant industry certifications and designations.
Education and Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing or business development role in the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance principles, broking, and underwriting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
