- Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate complex insurance concepts and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions to drive business growth.
- Use data and analytics to inform business decisions and drive results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Maintain relevant industry certifications and designations.
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing or business development role in the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance principles, broking, and underwriting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
