Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Provide strategic HR advice to the CEO and other senior leaders, ensuring effective people management and talent development.
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and processes that promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to review and develop employment contracts, benefits, and compensation packages that attract and retain top talent.
  • Advise on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.
  • Support the CEO in ensuring compliance with employment legislation and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of organizational development initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior HR professional, with a strong track record of strategic HR leadership.
