**The Role**
As the Head of Change supporting Wagamama and TRG divisions, you'll be the mastermind behind our major tech initiatives. You'll lead the charge in planning our project portfolio, managing budgets, and engaging with stakeholders across all levels. Your mission is to guide our executive management in setting the direction of change, prioritising initiatives, and driving both day-to-day and transformational improvements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement top-notch change management strategies that support our organisational goals. Balance tech-led and business-led changes, and utilise both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Shape the demand for change, lead the prioritisation process, and ensure smart sequencing of projects. Maximise benefits and value from our limited resources.
- Lead cross-functional teams in annual portfolio planning, delivering costed and risk-based plans with solid business cases.
- Align change initiatives with our business strategy and lead monthly strategic initiative sessions with senior leadership.
- Keep all stakeholders in the loop, ensuring close sponsorship and understanding of changes, especially around benefits realisation.
- Own the process for monitoring change delivery performance, evaluating outcomes, and regular status reporting.
- Provide coaching and development for the Change team, ensuring succession planning is in place.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the business.
- Take control and intervene when necessary to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Quantify, track, and report project benefit realisation, holding sponsors accountable for outcomes.
- Act as a responsive and focused internal advisor, helping colleagues understand how to initiate change.
- Support the development and maturity of the Business Analysis function.
**Required Experience**
- Proven track record in delivering change in fast-moving environments with conflicting priorities.
- Deep knowledge of strategic planning, change management, and business requirements gathering methodologies.
- Extensive experience in project delivery, especially in large, distributed, people-centric organisations with significant technology components.
- Strategic and commercial thinker with experience in identifying and addressing key strategic issues and developing appropriate strategies.
