HR Workstream Lead

Fox Morris are working with Southwark Council Council in relations to finding a HR Workstream Lead to start work ASAP
**Responsibilities**
- Extensive ERP delivery experience, preferably within in the public sector
- Proven ability of leading a workstream focused on technology transformation, operational improvements to structures and procedures, & change management
- Leadership experience of supporting and guiding team members and ensuring they are clear on their responsibilities and are held to account for their delivery
- A strong understanding of the current and emerging HR technology landscape
- Credibility both at a senior level and broadly across the organisation
- Covering all aspects of HR
- including, and not limited to HCM
- Payroll, Recruitment & Onboarding
- Learning and Management Information
- Case Management
- Pay and Reward
- Leadership alignment and understanding of the HR workstream
- Strategic direction and roadmap to mobilisation
You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.

Pay: £441.93-£575.00 per day
