About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Housing Advisor to join our team at Homeless Link. As a Housing Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing a structured advice and information service to clients in housing law, housing options, and aspects of welfare benefits related to housing and homelessness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a specialist housing caseload and provide emergency housing advice to clients in crisis.
- Work closely with colleagues across different advice specialisms and professional family support to design, test, and evidence different approaches to address homelessness and poverty.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure effective service delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build the case for positive change and reduce future rates of homelessness and poverty.
What We Offer
- 26 days' leave after one year's service rising to 28 days' leave after two years' service (pro rata for part-time staff).
