The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll support the General Manager in running the venue as if it were your own business. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, take ownership of your work, and progress your career in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue, including financial management, customer service, and team development.
  • Be business savvy and demonstrate great commercial acumen, with a focus on driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Train, nurture, and develop your team to maintain incredibly high standards of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Take ownership of your work, be proactive, and demonstrate a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.

  • A talented and highly skilled Assistant General Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Someone who is business savvy, with a strong understanding of financial management, customer service, and team development.
  • A charismatic leader who can motivate and inspire their team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a manager, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
