Job Title: Maintenance Head

HireBloc is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Head to oversee the maintenance operations within our food and beverage industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment, facilities, and systems are operating efficiently to support seamless F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Planning and Execution: Develop and implement maintenance procedures for F&B equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of maintenance technicians and supervise their work, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality maintenance services.
  • Equipment Management: Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions and breakdowns, planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Resource Management: Oversee the procurement of spare parts and maintenance materials, managing the maintenance budget and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments to support production and service needs, ensuring effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, conducting regular inspections and audits of maintenance operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop maintenance staff on best practices and safety guidelines, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in maintenance, applying this knowledge to improve maintenance operations and services.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in maintenance management within the F&B industry, with a strong track record of leadership and team management skills.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and techniques, familiarity with regulatory standards and safety protocols, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Certifications: Certification in relevant maintenance or facilities management disciplines, such as CMRP or CAFM.
