As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for investigating logistics claims, communicating findings, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Promote and ensure compliance with safety standards within the workplace
* Adhere to and uphold quality standards in all aspects of work
* Support and champion the Schnellecke spirit, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
* Contribute to continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives
* Maintain adherence to the 5S standard in the designated area of responsibility
* Follow and comply with emergency strategies established at partners Motors Vietnam
* Execute tasks and processes as directed by the quality manager

Essential Job Functions:

* Investigate logistics claims issued by the partners Motors claims specialist to confirm SJL failure actively
* Provide daily shift reports to share investigations and findings
* Generate and present a weekly report to the SJL quality team to discuss changes/improvements
* Monitor the unpacking of materials at the partners Motors and share photo documentation of quality concerns arising from the unpacking process
* Actively track repeat issues based on Pack ID and Part Number
* Identify potential problems with SJL Packing offering feedback and suggesting improvement possibilities to SJL operations
