Maintenance Director

HireBloc is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Head to oversee the maintenance operations within our food and beverage industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment, facilities, and systems are operating efficiently to support seamless F&B operations.

• Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance procedures for F&B equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of maintenance technicians and supervise their work to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Equipment Management: Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions and breakdowns in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to our operations.
• Preventive Maintenance: Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and extend the lifespan of our assets.
• Procurement and Inventory: Oversee the procurement of spare parts and maintenance materials to ensure that our team has the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards to protect our employees, customers, and the environment.
• Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Manage the maintenance budget and optimize resource allocation to ensure that our maintenance operations are cost-effective and efficient.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments to support production and service needs, and communicate effectively with our team to ensure that everyone is aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
• Training and Development: Train and develop maintenance staff on best practices and safety guidelines to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in the design and installation of new equipment and facilities, and conduct regular inspections and audits of our maintenance operations to identify areas for improvement.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in maintenance management within the F&B industry.
• Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.
• Maintenance Best Practices: Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and techniques, with the ability to apply them in a real-world setting.
• Regulatory Standards: Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety protocols, with the ability to ensure compliance in our maintenance operations.
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with the ability to analyze complex issues and make informed decisions.
