As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all equipment, facilities, and systems are operating efficiently to support seamless F&B operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Maintenance Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Lead a Team of Maintenance Technicians: Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Identify and Resolve Equipment Malfunctions: Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Plan and Execute Preventive Maintenance Schedules: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and reduce maintenance costs.
- Oversee Procurement and Inventory Management: Ensure the procurement of spare parts and maintenance materials is done in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Ensure Compliance with Safety and Regulatory Standards: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
