Position Overview:


The Regional Engineering Manager will lead and provide technical expertise in Engineering and Technical Systems across our service centers in the southern region.

This role involves overseeing Continuous Improvement initiatives and automation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the highest safety standards at each service center by offering guidance and expertise in machinery safety.
  • Conduct audits to ensure safe equipment operation.
  • Ensure compliance with all engineering and site service legislative requirements.
  • Adhere to electrical and mechanical standards.
  • Capture best practices and improvements through a structured change request process.
  • Collaborate with the Process Engineering team to establish automation roadmaps for sites.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) enhancement projects.
  • Oversee the Commissioning and Qualification Verification phases for major project start-ups.
  • Work with the Training Manager to fulfill all Technical Training needs.


Candidate Profile:
Applicants should possess a Professional Engineering Qualification at HNC or Degree level, along with a Machinery Safety Qualification (Machinery Safety Expert or C&G). A NEBOSH certificate is preferred, as well as a PLC/controls professional qualification. Candidates must demonstrate excellent knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical engineering, relevant legislative requirements, and possess fluent English skills along with a valid driving license.
