About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join our team at TMW Unlimited. As a key member of our field-based team, you will work closely with our agency team, manufacturers, and retail network to develop and implement effective marketing strategies across the Southern UK region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute local marketing campaigns across all business areas, fostering face-to-face relationships with the retailer network.
  • Work with the retailer network to plan, implement, and measure the success of marketing campaigns, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Act as a consultant to retail dealers, providing guidance on lead generation, lead management, and customer loyalty, with a focus on sales conversion.
  • Support the network in achieving conquest brand standards, including the effective execution of experiential, digital, and social activity.
  • Prioritize time to support all partners, focusing on dealers who require assistance in planning their marketing activity.
  • Collaborate with other RMM regions to drive a consistent regional experience across the UK and share best practices.
  • Develop strong relationships with dealers, agency, and manufacturer colleagues through a combination of face-to-face site visits and regular online interactions.
  • Work with Sales and After Sales field-team colleagues to ensure relevant requirements are understood and agreed.
  • Continually demonstrate a deep understanding of the automotive industry and the changing role played by dealer networks.
  • Use tools to offer insight and solutions to current challenges, including findings from previous consultancy work, agency-generated insight, and management information system reports.
  • Identify and support new starters within the network, providing inductions to the brand and marketing support.
  • Understand business challenges and opportunities and advise dealers on marketing solutions across Retail, Fleet, After Sales, Used Car, Motability, and Accessories.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in a similar field-based marketing role (client or agency-side).
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Dynamic and confident, with in-depth channel knowledge.
  • Expertise in the full marketing mix, including digital and social platforms.
  • Understanding of data, reporting, and measuring marketing effectiveness.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and colleague relationships.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with excellent people management skills.
  • Sensitivity to the politics surrounding dealer and manufacturer issues.
