Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our Prime Brokerage team at Teksystems. As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard clients to our Prime Services platform and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Perform relationship management functions, including regular client reviews and portfolio analysis to ensure optimal margin and fee requirements
  • Communicate complex financial market regulations to clients and provide day-to-day support for their trading activities
  • Work closely with regional and global teams to facilitate a seamless support model and execute regional/global initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Counterparties, IT Support, Credit, Operations, Front Office, Legal, and Product Controllers
  • Ensure adherence to key processes and control requirements, and provide Business Continuity Planning and support as needed
Requirements
  • Prime brokerage experience and knowledge of financial markets
  • Strong account management and sales skills
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to clients
  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
