Job Title: Director of Brand and Marketing Strategy

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Brand and Marketing Strategy to lead the development and execution of our brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and communication efforts across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our company's mission and values.
  • Lead the planning and execution of all marketing initiatives, including content marketing campaigns and brand partnership strategies.
  • Oversee the development of creative marketing materials, including visual identity, messaging, and tone of voice.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing efforts to measure success and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate marketing and brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and brand visibility across all platforms.
  • Leverage digital expertise to optimize customer relationship management (CRM), e-commerce categories, and digital distribution channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar field.
  • Experience in hospitality, premium lifestyle, and fashion brands.
  • Extensive B2C experience.
  • Strong understanding of various marketing channels, platforms, and tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Deep understanding of and passion for social impact and sustainability issues.
  • Specific expertise in content marketing and brand partnerships.
