Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to initiate sales processes, provide technical assistance, and conduct value engineering assessments.
  • Evaluate project parameters and risks by reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
  • Convert customer requirements into comprehensive designs for Battery Energy Storage Systems.
  • Conduct precise cost estimations and financial evaluations.
  • Prepare and submit technical responses to tenders within specified timelines.
  • Engage in negotiations and finalize agreements with clients.
  • Improve the efficiency of tender responses through the development of innovative tools.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally with a Distribution Network Operator (DNO) or Transmission System Operator (TSO).
  • In-depth understanding of battery technologies and grid interconnections.
  • Familiarity with processes related to grid operators.
  • Knowledge of regulations and standards governing Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
  • Experience in designing large-scale energy storage solutions.
  • Capability to size Power Converter Systems and battery configurations.
  • Understanding of design principles related to safety, sizing, and protection.
