Key Responsibilities- Work closely with regional nursing, operational, and GP team members to ensure targets are met in line with current guidelines and standards.
- Provide expert care for patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care, while demonstrating safe and effective clinical decision-making.
- Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and providing nurse leadership as required.
- Support the Regional Lead Nurse and act as a deputy as needed to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of clinical aspects, demonstrating clinical excellence in conjunction with the site clinical lead.
- First-level UK registered nurse or registered AHCP with at least 2 years post-qualified experience.
- Non-medical Prescriber.
- Demonstrates sound evidence of academic links.
- Extensive clinical experience in Primary Care Health settings and managing nursing teams.
- Understanding of the Lead Role.

What We Offer- Annual salary of up to £48,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
