**Here at Dental Beauty Partners, we are excited to be opening a search for a Treatment Coordinator to join our highly reputable mixed dental practice, Dental Beauty Islington.** This is a great opportunity to join our fantastic team at the practice, and help support us in delivering an outstanding journey to our patients.

Dental Beauty Islington is an award-winning practice located in Central London, offering a wide range of dental & aesthetic treatments, both on the NHS and privately. This will be a highly varied position with lots of scope to develop and learn whilst leading a practice team. You will receive a great deal of support from our Principals and Management Team.

**The position**:

- **We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join us in a full time position - it's necessary that you are able to commit to this**:

- **Our working hours are Monday-Friday, 8.45-5.45 & Alternate Saturdays 8.45-2**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of the practice - with a focus on patient safety at all times
- Leading patients through our well established patient journey - offering treatments and ensuring we have great patient conversion rates in the practice
- Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement
- Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge
- Plan & drive the income targets for the practice
- Ensuring practice compliance
- Deal promptly with issues when they arise along with the support of our head office functions
- Deliver staff training and development, holding 1-1's with team members, interviewing and onboarding new starters

**About you**:

- Someone who has the drive and ambition to succeed and has a hunger to progress in their dentistry career
- Confident in presenting themselves when meeting with their team and patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure our team have a fantastic employee experience, and our patients a 5 star patient experience
- Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential as training is provided
- Experience with supporting with practice compliance and CQC is preferred
- DBS checked with the right to work within the UK
