University of the West of Scotland is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join their London Campus team as a Student Hub Assistant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional student support and services, working closely with the London Hub Co-ordinator to ensure a consistent operational approach across all campus Hub Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize a range of communication methods, including face-to-face, phone, chat, and email, to provide a responsive and customer-focused student enquiries service.

• Assist in the production of reports for senior management to ensure UWS processes and procedures are fit for purpose.

• Work collaboratively with the Student Hub Co-ordinators to ensure the effective handling of student enquiries and provide first-class support to students.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

• Proficiency in using enquiry management tools and software.
