About the Role

The Students and Programmes Hub Manager is a key position within the Academic Registry, responsible for leading a team of Coordinators and Assistants in providing administrative services to support students throughout their programme of study.

The successful candidate will have a varied skillset, including the ability to manage key relationships across academic and professional services colleagues, plan and communicate effective services to students and staff, and monitor and improve those services based on metrics and feedback.

About the Department

The Students and Programmes Hub teams are central to supporting students throughout their programme of study, providing core administrative services to enable students to access their learning, manage their time, and complete their studies successfully.

Working closely with academic and professional services staff across the College, the Students and Programmes Hub teams support a range of central administrative activities, deliver programme administration, and discipline-specific support.

About the Team

The Students and Programmes Hub Manager will be part of a team that works closely with the following departments: Computing, Education Studies, Institute for Creative and Cultural Studies, Institute of Management Studies, Psychology, and Social, Therapeutic, and Community Studies.
