Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Student and Programmes Hub Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our student lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the student lifecycle by utilizing systems and databases to maintain accurate and timely records.
  • Participate in the development and improvement of services and processes by identifying and suggesting improvements based on user feedback.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide cover and support the training and development of new staff members.
  • Take responsibility for your own performance and development, agreeing clear performance objectives and maintaining up-to-date knowledge.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of student records, maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity at all times.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data protection requirements and support Freedom of Information and subject access requests.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be highly detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity at all times.
