Technical Support Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Revoco. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support across our entire IT estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues reported by users.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and support documentation, adopting ITIL processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 3 years' significant experience in a 2nd or 3rd line technical support role.
  • Significant experience of working with Windows, macOS and Android, Microsoft Intune, Azure and O365.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
