Bromford are seeking an Endpoint Management Analyst to join our dynamic Technology team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of safeguarding our endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, along with their associated software. Your mission? To maintain their health, security, and efficiency, ensuring our entire network runs smoothly and is kept up to date using Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

As the ideal candidate, you’ll bring a robust technical background and a proactive mindset to the table. Your experience in IT endpoint management will shine through, as you effortlessly navigate endpoint operating systems and administration.

Endpoint security will be your bread and butter, as you leverage your proficiency in security practices and tools to fortify our devices against potential threats. Your extensive experience in 2nd or 3rd technical support will be invaluable, especially as you tackle the intricacies of Windows, macOS, and Android systems.

Your Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or similar qualification will serve as a testament to your expertise, while your working knowledge of the ITIL framework will guide your approach to endpoint management.

Flexibility is essential in this role, as you’ll need to possess a driving license and be willing to travel to other sites as required. Your stellar customer service skills will shine as you interact with stakeholders, providing top-notch support and guidance. Organized, methodical, and analytical, you thrive in high-pressure environments, where your structured approach to problem-solving sets you apart.
