We are seeking a skilled Operations Data Analyst and Solutions Developer to join our client's logistics and manufacturing team. As an Operations Data Analyst and Solutions Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing data-driven solutions that enhance business processes.

**Job Summary:**
This role involves working closely with the engineering function to develop and implement data-driven solutions that enhance business processes. You will be responsible for managing data capture tools, providing insights, and overseeing a team of analysts to support process enhancement and efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**
  1. Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and maintain reporting systems for key performance metrics.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
  4. Manage system updates, ensure smooth IT operations, and oversee hardware inventories.
  5. Represent the engineering function in review meetings, providing insights and updates.

**Requirements:**
We require an experienced Operations Data Analyst with a strong background in data analysis, IT systems, or process improvement roles. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas, are essential. Strong communication and organisational skills are also required. Knowledge of SAP or similar systems is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, reflective of the industry standard for this role in the Wolverhampton area.
