About the Role

Bromford is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Analyst to join our dynamic Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding our endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, along with their associated software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the health, security, and efficiency of endpoint devices
  • Ensure our network runs smoothly and is kept up to date using Microsoft Endpoint Manager
  • Implement robust security practices and tools to fortify devices against potential threats
  • Provide 2nd or 3rd technical support and tackle the intricacies of Windows, macOS, and Android systems
  • Work with the ITIL framework to guide your approach to endpoint management

Requirements

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or similar qualification
  • Working knowledge of the ITIL framework
  • Experience in IT endpoint management
  • Strong technical background and proactive mindset
  • Excellent customer service skills
