Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value business customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business development managers and strategic relationship managers.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer journeys, from registration to billing and metering.
- Proactively monitor and manage customer cases to minimize resolution delays and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Collaborate with B2B sales teams to maintain strong relationships with key existing customers and drive business growth.
- Monitor account performance at a granular level to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with external service providers to maximize resolution and minimize outstanding cases.
- Work with debt teams to reduce values on aligned account bases and minimize barriers to payment.
- Support the development and implementation of processes that affect major business customers, working closely with operations and commercial teams.
- Assist business sales teams in new business pitches, supporting the onboarding of new customers and applying project management monitoring approaches to ensure effective registration.
- Proven expertise in the energy industry and/or client or 3rd party management.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to continually improve service delivery.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (desirable).
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office packages.
- Utility industry knowledge and experience, including billing and metering (desirable).
- Experience of customer relationship management systems (desirable).
- Experience of client/3rd party management (required).
- Proven track record of driving successful performance (required).
- Attention to detail and ability to spot data inaccuracies.
- Excellent time management and personal organizational skills.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
