About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Relationship Manager to join our team at Ecotricity. As a key member of our Business Service Leadership team, you will be responsible for managing our most high-value business customers and building strong relationships with their key contacts.

With a strong track record of relationship management and leadership experience, you will be able to draw on your expertise to coach and develop your direct reports and provide a best-in-class service to our customers.

You will work closely with our Business Sales team and other stakeholders to deliver department and company initiatives, as well as side projects. This is a varied role in a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone with a passion for customer service, people management, and Ecotricity's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Customer Relationship Managers and their customers
  • Build strong relationships with key contacts of high-value business customers
  • Provide a best-in-class service to customers, including complaint management and issue resolution
  • Work closely with Business Sales team and other stakeholders to deliver department and company initiatives
  • Lead and develop direct reports to achieve their full potential

Requirements:

  • Strong track record of relationship management and leadership experience
  • Proven expertise in the energy industry and/or client or 3rd party management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to the overall B2B strategy
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets
