About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our innovative team at Trustpilot. As a key member of our growing Salesforce ecosystem, you'll leverage your expertise to optimize our CRM platform, drive customer engagement, and streamline internal processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement declarative change solutions to enhance project delivery
  • Utilize Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules to drive efficiency
  • Provide technical support for escalated user and production issues, ensuring seamless system operation
  • Mentor and coach junior Administrators to foster skills development and knowledge sharing
  • Create a collaborative team environment that encourages continuous learning and growth
  • Deploy changes via CI/CD, maintaining system auditing evidence and documentation
  • Configure and maintain users, roles, profiles, security settings, custom objects, and fields
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and other automation tools within Salesforce
  • Evaluate, install, and configure third-party applications from the AppExchange marketplace
Requirements
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator with Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer 1 certification
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, with advanced knowledge of configuration, customization, and integration
  • Experience with Lightning platform, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, as well as advanced problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, with comprehensive knowledge of APEX, SOQL, Triggers, and Visual Force Page Development
  • Experience in Experience Cloud, Einstein, and AI Chat Bots
