About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our innovative team. As a trusted advisor and expert in Salesforce product implementation, you'll be responsible for:

  • Applying declarative change solutions to project delivery work
  • Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules
  • Providing technical support for escalated user and production issues
  • Mentoring & coaching to more junior Administrators for skills development
  • Creating a collaborative and inclusive team environment to encourage knowledge sharing and continuous learning
  • Deploying change via CI/CD
  • Maintaining Trustpilot system auditing evidence and documentation
  • Creating and maintaining users, roles, profiles, security settings, custom objects, and fields
  • Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, workflows, and other automation tools within Salesforce
  • Evaluating, installing, and configuring third-party applications from the AppExchange marketplace
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a certified Salesforce Administrator with:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration
  • Experience with Lightning platform, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Advanced problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Comprehensive knowledge of APEX, SOQL, Triggers, and Visual Force PageDevelopment
  • Experience in Experience Cloud, Einstein and AI Chat Bots
