About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Trustpilot. As a trusted advisor to our cross-functional teams, you will play a crucial part in driving our Salesforce platform to its full potential, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and alignment with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Salesforce Product Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize the Salesforce product roadmap, act as the subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Agile Business Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, identify gaps, pain points, and areas for optimization, and translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Data Integrity and Reporting: Develop and maintain data governance standards, design and deliver insightful reports and dashboards, and continuously monitor data quality and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Completed or studying a Business Analyst qualification (e.g. IIBA or BCS).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce projects, including customization and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments.
  • Agile Certification desired.
  • Exceptional knowledge of JIRA ticketing methodologies and processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into user-friendly solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience working with development teams.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry and knowledge of customer review platforms are a plus.
