About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our Partnerships and Promotions team at Sky. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in designing and building the right partnership and sponsorship portfolio for Sky, managing existing partner relationships, and fostering new ones to further broaden our reach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day partnership and sponsorship relationships, ensuring strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with the Consumer Strategy team to identify the right partner mix to align with the business's long-term growth ambitions.
  • Collaborate with the Vertical Business teams to understand their core objectives and identify future partnership opportunities for collaboration.
  • Develop and implement effective measurement and tracking of partnership and sponsorship performance, providing timely and considered reporting to inform future strategy and planning.
  • Develop presentations for Directors, MD, and C-Suite on partnership strategy and planning.
  • Lead our involvement with Symphony and coordinate Sky's support and activation of Comcast business priorities.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in partnership and business development, with a strong track record of building and maintaining successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across a matrix organization and foster strong relationships with agencies and wider business areas.
  • Strong organization and admin skills, including use of PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, with a flexible approach to working hours.
