Hotel Front Desk Associate

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of London's top boutique hotels, Threadneedles Hotel. As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to queries and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Work collaboratively with the front office team to maintain a high level of service and quality standards.
- Utilize Opera, our hotel management system, to efficiently manage guest information and bookings.
