We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our dynamic team at The May Fair Hotel. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and providing personalized service to our valued guests.

About the Role:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
  • Handle cash payments and maintain a float in accordance with company standards.
  • Respond to guest communication in a professional and personalized manner, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including updating guest information and maintaining accurate records.
  • Anticipate guest needs, ensuring that all requirements are met and exceeded during their stay.
  • Promote hotel amenities and services, arranging in-house services as required.
  • Update our client database with accurate guest information, utilizing this data to provide a truly personalized service.

About You:

  • Previous hotel reception experience, ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.
  • Proficiency in IT applications, including Opera, Office 365, Sales Force, and Review Pro.
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Impeccable command of the English language, both written and spoken.
