Hotel Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Imperial London Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Operate the hotel's PMS system, Opera, to manage room assignments, guest information, and other front office tasks.
- Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with room assignments, key card distribution, and other front office duties as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient front desk operation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Working knowledge of Opera PMS system or similar property management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and credit transactions.
