About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Henrietta Street Hotel LTD. As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process payments, handle guest complaints, and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and PMS systems.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
