Innovation at Our Core

Our foundation is rooted in innovation. The Darktrace AI Research Centre, located in our headquarters in Cambridge, UK, has pioneered research that sets new benchmarks in cyber security, supported by over 130 patents and pending applications.

Your Role as Senior Marketing Manager

Do you possess experience as a regional marketing manager with a track record of crafting and executing a balanced array of strategies and initiatives in your region? Are you equipped with innovative ideas to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and marketing-driven pipeline? If you are passionate about fostering robust relationships with diverse stakeholders, consider joining Darktrace as a Senior Marketing Manager for the UKI region, where your expertise, curiosity, and collaborative spirit will be invaluable.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for strategically developing your own marketing initiatives and managing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution plans for the UKI region, ensuring alignment with global objectives to achieve quarterly targets across various segments. Your creativity will be essential in discovering new methods to boost customer engagement for both new and existing clients, driving meetings and marketing-sourced pipeline. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing a blend of virtual and in-person events aimed at promoting the brand, enhancing customer awareness and education regarding AI and cybersecurity innovations, and increasing engagement, meetings, and conversions throughout the customer journey.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive regional events calendar.
  • Planning and executing industry trade shows, conferences, and Darktrace-led events to engage and network with prospects and clients.
  • Implementing regional channel and strategic alliance marketing initiatives that align with the global strategy.
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships with GTM leaders and stakeholders to share insights, set market priorities, and communicate quarterly plans and performance metrics.
  • Overseeing operational systems, processes, and budgets within the EMEA team to ensure program and data accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills

A bachelor's degree in business, technology, marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience. You should have substantial marketing experience, ideally in demand generation and/or field and partner marketing within a dynamic, high-growth environment. Familiarity with the United Kingdom and Ireland market, along with tangible regional marketing experience collaborating with field sales, channel partners, and cross-functional marketing teams, is essential. Additional qualifications include:

  • Expertise in project, program, and event management, demonstrating strong operational and organizational skills, along with mastery of planning and execution frameworks.
  • Ability to drive operational excellence and maintain fiscal responsibility.
  • Proficiency in measuring key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and insights to enhance business outcomes.

Benefits

  • 23 days of paid vacation, increasing to 25 days after two years of service, plus UK bank holidays.
  • An additional day off for your birthday.
  • A salary sacrifice pension scheme with a 4% employer contribution and a minimum 5% employee contribution.
  • Optional private medical insurance for you and your immediate family.
  • Life assurance with a benefit of 4 times your annual basic salary.
  • An Employee Assistance Programme offering online and telephone support and resources for you and your family.
  • A cycle-to-work scheme.
  • Active social and charitable initiatives, including a matched charitable giving scheme.
